IS CPS OVERREACH GONE TOO FAR?

Is CPS overreach a racial issue? I think not. The stats show that about the same percentage of children in care are “white” as are “black”.
However it is a great op-ed on the government’s intrusion into family life.

  1. I have a great request for mercy and closure for my own childhood experiences within the system and jurisdiction of Tennessee Florida and NC.

    My case is relevant and new to the historical facts of the broken system.

    I am YESTERDAY’S thrown away child.

    Tennessee has ignored my requests for information about my childhood transfer across state lines. Unregulated transfers of custody are illegal as far as I understand.

    It’s time for Tennessee CPS to be held accountable for their actions that children such as myself are forced to suffer from the consequences of the state authorities decisions about their best interests. This is a fight for all children in Tennessee. I believe i have a right to know what Tennessee has to say about the severity of child protection services and juvenile courts to ensure I was properly returned home.
