Healthy nursing Baby Lucy was stripped from her mother’s arms at four weeks old on a faulty drug screen even when their were family options. The live video had over 200,000 views. Only because the family had resources and sheer tenacity to fight the system were they able to ensure that Lucy came home.

The order to take Lucy from her mother was called a “Non-exigent removal Order”. That’s right non-exigent. Thousands of families lose their children forever.

Just this month DCS went after a mom criminally for challenging an abusive ex parte (secret)removal order and the jury, who was not allowed to hear the abuses of DCS, found her guilty of a felony.
