Second Circuit federal court ordered that some documents would be released and the lower court would have to go through the rest of the docket pleadings and particularize what should be redacted. And release the remainder.
It say the discovery in the case disclosed the names of businessmen, politicians, leaders, professor Dershowitz, a well known Prime minister, and other world leaders.
Several have post the cache from second circuit.
This arose because the a filing by Alan Dershowitz and a reporter to get the docs unsealed.
Interesting.
Dershowitz boosts his innocence against any wrongdoing and believes the release will prove his innocence.
So Dershowitz is a professor at Harvard and defense Atty. He assisted Epstein in his defense in Florida and got a sweet deal In child rape charges. That’s in about 2008. Victims sued to set aside the plea because the laws for victims rights were violated.
Maxwell started dozing victim Virginia who turned around and sued Max for defamation. Maxwell filed for summary judgement and lost. Before the case got to trial Maxwell paid a big settlement to Virginia on or about May 24 2017.
Feb 21 2019 the Florida court ruled that Epstein’s plea agreement was illegal but they had not determined the remedy.
Flashback. Epstein was arrested July 6 2019 and dead August 10 2019.
Now this means much more will be released in the next few months.
Likely the courts will drag their feet and it won’t happen by Nov 3.

This video is not for the faint hearted. It exposes Virginia G as a mercenary pimp and digs into who could have killed him. As I have already stated the document dump was August 9, 2019 and his death August 10, 2019. This video says that he was set to start talking in a meeting with prosecutors on August 11. Remember also the there was a reported ‘suicide attempt’ two weeks earlier (July 23) that put Epstein on suicide watch. This lasted only three days and then he was moved to a cell with no room mate. Maybe this earlier ‘attempt’ was a warning to Epstein. At the end of this video it says that a prison guard contacted a reporter about being paid $500k to let four men enter the prison that night. It is dark. It is ugly. This is our America.

In January 2020 it was reported that the prison security video from the first suicide attempt not longer existed’.

When the August 10 death was reported suddenly other strange circumstances exist. Like the security cameras were down, the guards were shopping on line and fell asleep 💤, and Epstein did not have a cell mate.

Somehow I had the wherewithal to track 2019 events at the time. Much happened.
