THE GROUND GAME
For real grassroots to prevail in the gubernatorial primary – there must be feet on the ground. And you must multiply your voice.
We need to treat the campaign like a multi-level marketing company.
When you talk to one person, ask them if they will share the information with twenty of their friends and family. These people will be our community partners. That is 20 votes.
When you have met twenty people who will share the news about Monty’s election to twenty of their friends and family you have affected 400 voters. This is building rank and file patriots. That is 400 votes.
TWENTY people who will build TWENTY rank and file patriots will create a team of 8,000 voters. These are LEADERS who will work with the rank and file patriots who will remind the community partners to VOTE. That is 8,000 votes.
FIFTY strong patriots who will support TWENTY Leaders who will work with TWENTY rank and file patriots who will remind TWENTY community leaders is 400,000 VOTES. These are the GENERALS of the grassroots army.
Tennessee is at a turning point. We have three Republican candidates. Only 10% of Tennessee voters will show up for the primary. The governor will be Republican. Tennessee elected Trump by 65%. It is a Republican dominated state. Therefore, ALL VOTERS, must look at the Republican primary as the selection of the next governor.
Pick the candidate that will best SERVE THE PEOPLE, not the corporate interests.
THE PLATFORM

Here is some information you need to help make an impact on Tennessee for the next eight years and beyond.
THE TIME FRAME
EARLY VOTING: JULY 17 THROUGH AUGUST 1
ELECTION DAY: AUGUST 6
REGISTER TO VOTE: DEADLINE JULY 5, 2026
This link will take you to the VOTING CENTER LOCATIONS in each Tennessee County. We would like to have each voting center covered with a person present with a sign for early voting and election day. We also need a team to place signs the night before the election.
CAMPAIGN LEADERSHIP
Here is the chart of REGIONAL leaders for the campaign:

If you do not have a contact number for the Regional Leader, contact Connie Reguli 615-478-8333 or Terry Best 731-291-3152.
We have signs, T-shirts, cards, and bumper stickers. Get ready to wear your shirt daily and have a business sized card to hand out.
THE PLAYING FIELD
HERE IS A LIST OF ALL COUNTIES with the population from the 2020 census and the voter turnout in the 2018 gubernatorial race. This gives you an idea of how many voters we need to get out in each county.
REMEMBER the governor control 40 executive branch agencies and 270 boards and commissions. Every thing that affects your daily life from wildlife, state parks, road safety, health, and education. The 40 commissioners appointed by the governor have a duty to manage the 42,372 employees paid by your tax dollars.
The governor has the ability to veto bad legislation and although a the legislature can override that veto with a two-thirds vote, the governor’s ability to call out legislators on critical legislation makes an impact on the General Assembly. Many of the laws passed by the General Assembly are regarding the day-to-day operations of the executive branch.
Here are some comparative notes on the three Republican candidates:

- Known for standing up to corporate influence and pushing back on runaway bureaucracy.fritts4tn
- Runs a grassroots campaign that relies heavily on Tennessee donors instead of D.C. and out‑of‑state money.fritts4tn
WHY VOTERS WHO CARE ABOUT HEALTH FREEDOM ARE WATCHING HIM
- Health Commissioner appointments that protect families, not pharma.

He has opposed legislation that shields pesticide and chemical interests from accountability and has spoken against “big agribusinesses that forget the little farmer.”fritts4tn - No capture by big pharma and corporate health.
Unlike establishment figures who take heavy pharmaceutical and health‑industry PAC money, his campaign shows no financial ties to those interests, and his record reflects opposition to corporate capture of regulatory agencies.fritts4tn
HOW HE DIFFERENTIATES HIMSELF
- Grassroots vs. big‑money politics.
Fritts’ fundraising is driven largely by Tennessee individuals rather than national PAC networks, which means more accountability to citizens instead of lobbyists.fritts4tn - Clear constitutional frame.
He talks about “recalibrating government” back under the Constitution and being accountable to the people, not agencies and bureaucrats.fritts4tn - Appointments that match his words.
His public praise for health‑freedom‑oriented leadership (like Florida’s Dr. Joseph Ladapo) signals the kind of Commissioner of Health and Agriculture he’d pick in Tennessee.fritts4tn
